La Montana is a coffee farm in the Marcala region of Montecillos, Honduras, owned and operated by Jose Santos Guevera Lopez. The farm is filled with 16,500 coffee trees, as well as corn and beans. Jose and his team processed his coffee and drying them on raised beds for 2-3 weeks.
In the cup, this coffee tastes like cherry and almond, with toffee sweetness.
