Gersi, Ethiopia

This coffee comes from roughly 500 smallholder farmers in Yirgacheffe, who delivers their ripe cherry to the Gersi collection point at the Testi Adorsi washing station, where the coffee is dried for 15 to 18 days. In the cup, this coffee tastes like strawberry and dried apricot, with gentle jasmine tea finish.
