Kochere is the farm where this coffee is grown and processed, located 25 kilometres from Yirgacheffe town. After the coffee cherries are picked, they are then delivered to Boji washing station, where they depulp and wash the coffee with spring water. Coffee from Kochere is known to have stone fruit and tea-like notes.
In the cup, this coffee tastes like stewed peach and vanilla, with black tea finish.
