Yaye is a washing station located in Ethiopia's Sidama zone. The washing station is owned and managed by Testi Coffee (a family-owned company), alongside 25 other washing stations. It was built by Testi Coffee in 2021 as a 'premium' facility due to its location's advantages—high elevation, access to fresh and clean water, its great growing conditions. Testi ensures they only receive the highest quality coffee cherries, to result in a complex and distinct cup of coffee.
In the cup, this coffee is bright and juicy with notes of blueberry and peach jam, followed by orange blossom undertones.
