Origin: Inzá, Cauca, Colombia Varietal: Caturra, Colombia, Tabi Process: Washed
This Colombian coffee was produced by eight small coffee producers from around Belén, a small town located in Inzá, in the state of Cauca, southern Colombia. The region benefits in the abundance of freshwater from the local Rio Negro (Black River) and surrounding creeks. The volcanic soil of the area is rich and makes it ideal for coffee farming. Selectively harvested by hand, this coffee was farmed with traditional techniques, where pesticides are rarely used. In the cup, this coffee tastes like green apple and frangipane, with hints of vanilla sweetness.
We roast every Wednesday and ship every Thursday.
