This is our second release from Finca Terrazas del Pisque, this time showcasing their Pacamara variety. Finca Terrazas del Pisque is a 38-hectare farm located in Pichincha, Ecuador. 15 hectares of the farm are planted in coffee. Harvest happens nearly year-round at the farm, but only the ripest cherries are selected for processing.
This coffee tastes like red apple and white nectarine with toffee sweetness.
We roast every Wednesday and ship every Thursday.
