Nkara PB is a peaberry lot, which refers to small and round coffee beans with only one seed inside, instead of two. These peaberries were carefully selected and separated out from the crop that was produced by 154 smallholders farmers who delivered their coffee cherries to Nkara washing station. This is a special lot that won Cup of Excellence in previous years (2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2018). In the cup, this coffee tastes like orange and black plum, with hints of brown sugar sweetness.
