Roger Dominguez is a young producer, who owns several farms in the area of La Paz. He grows a small variety of heirloom types, mostly Bourbon, Catuai and Caturra. This coffee in particular is a combination of Bourbon and Catuai varieties. In the cup, this coffee tastes like red apple and raisin, with almond butter finish.
