Brew Recipe: ORIGAMI Dripper Air

We use ORIGAMI Dripper Air at BENCH COFFEE CO. stores to brew our pour over filter coffee. We love its functionality and beautiful design.⁠

To brew with ORIGAMI Dripper Air, we start with:⁠
15g of coffee (ground for pour over)⁠
250g of water (at 96ºC)⁠
⁠
First, start your timer and slowly pour 50g of water. At 30 seconds, pour another 50g of water. Then at 1 minute, pour the rest of the water (150g). Aim to finish the brew at 2:30-2:45. Serve and enjoy.⁠⁠
