Shipping policy

 

 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Customers will receive a notification once their order has been dispatched.

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, with delivery available to PO boxes. Click & Collect is also offered from the Lt. Collins espresso bar and the Roastery in Brunswick.

Delivery options and lead times:

  • Australia Standard Post: $10 flat rate. Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days after dispatch.*
  • Click & Collect: Available from the Lt. Collins store (CBD), and the Roastery (Brunswick). Open 7 days a week. Orders are generally ready within 24 hours. Customers will be notified via email when their order is available for collection.

*Please note: Deliveries to remote or regional areas, as well as Western Australia, Northern Territory, and Tasmania, may take longer. All delivery timeframes are estimates. Once goods have been dispatched, BENCH COFFEE CO. is not responsible for delays, which are solely at the discretion of the postal provider.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Australia Post, with charges calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 5–21 business days, depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for all import duties and taxes applicable in their country. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm these costs prior to placing an order. All timeframes provided are estimates only. Once dispatched, BENCH COFFEE CO. is not liable for delivery delays, which are managed by the postal carrier.

In-Store Pickup

Customers may choose to collect their order at no cost from BENCH COFFEE CO. Lt Collins, and BENCH COFFEE CO. Roastery.

Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days, and an email notification will be sent once the order is prepared.

  • Monday to Thursday: 8am – 4pm
  • Friday: 8am – 5pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am – 5pm

BENCH COFFEE CO. Roastery: 38 Breese St, Brunswick VIC 3056

  • Monday to Friday: 7am – 3pm
  • Saturday & Sunday: 8am – 4pm

Customers are required to present their order confirmation email when collecting their order.
