Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy

Customer satisfaction and product quality are top priorities for BENCH COFFEE CO.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment for unused, unopened, and non-perishable goods in original condition. 
  • Refunds will exclude shipping costs.
  • Perishable goods such as coffee and food cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and Issues

Customers should inspect their order upon receipt. If items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact hello@benchcoffee.co with the order number and a photo of the product.

Issues will be handled on a case-by-case basis to reach a suitable solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

  • Perishable goods (coffee and food), sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  • For any questions about specific products, customers are encouraged to get in touch with the team.

Refunds

Customers will be notified when their return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, contact hello@benchcoffee.co. If the return is approved, customers will be provided with a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Items eligible for return may be exchanged. Customers should first return the item as per the returns process. Once accepted, a new purchase can be made via the website.
