This is a very special coffee from Rwanda, as it is sourced from a single producer, Marie Bedabasingwa. Marie owns 600 coffee trees, she picks her coffee cherries and process them at Dukunde Kawa Cooperative's Ruli washing station. The team at Ruli washing station is notable for taking a huge amount of care in processing their coffee. In the cup, this coffee tastes like honey and grapefruit, with black tea finish.
