Dario Rodriguez was born to a coffee growing family. He inherited Finca El Recreo from his parents and has chosen to continue their family work and remain in the coffee farming industry. Dario has been producing coffee since the year 1975 when he began to help his parents with the daily farming work. However, it was seven years ago when he decided to start a new project that would differentiate himself from the other conventional coffee producers. Dario invested his time in the specialty coffee industry; learning, exploring and contacting with various people within the industry.
This coffee tastes like black plum and grapefruit, followed by vanilla aftertaste.
