Situated in the back streets of Brunswick, BENCH COFFEE CO.’s Roastery and headquarters, shared with Little Cardigan Bakery, was designed to foster a communal space for both locals and visitors.
Opening in 2022 inside a converted warehouse, the space blends natural timber, industrial accents and modern fixtures. It brings together elements of BENCH’s earlier venues, creating a unified expression of the brand.
At the heart of the room, the expansive brew bar, framed by iconic Nelson Bubble lamps, serves the full range of seasonal pour overs, batch brews and espresso on a three-group La Marzocco Linea PB.
On roasting days, customers can experience the craft up close, watching the roasters at work as they create balanced and considered coffees.
The offering is complemented by the full pastry range from Little Cardigan Bakery, including their signature shokupan loaf, along with chai by Nektar, Hunted+Gathered chocolate and Cielo sodas.
Little Cardigan preserves and retail BENCH COFFEE CO. beans are available to take home or gift to others.
