Owned by René Méndez, Finca Jolimex is planted with around 9800 coffee trees consisting of Bourbon and Caturra varieties.

This Caturra microlot was picked and fermented for 36-48 hours before being washed and dried on patios.

In the cup, this coffee tastes like red apple and plum, with milk chocolate undertones.
