This coffee was produced at the Gara Agena Washing Station, in the Sidama region of Ethiopia. Here, high elevations, an abundance of rain, and the presence of surrounding rivers and lakes, results in cool weather and fertile soil. These factors cause the coffee cultivated here to ripen slower than in any other regions of Ethiopia, leading to exceptional cup quality.

In the cup, this coffee tastes like yellow nectarine and mandarin, with an earl grey tea finish.
