This natural process coffee was collaboratively produced by Ture Waji and Mike Mamo, a project revived after several years of hiatus. 

Located in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia, the very high elevations and cool microclimate of the region supports a slow maturation of the coffee cherries, contributing to a sweet and complex cup. 

This coffee tastes like orange and melon, with a white sugar like sweetness.
