This Caturro and Bourbon microlot was produced by the one of the managers of Finca El Morito, Lenin Flores. A member of the Flores family’s coffee community, Lenin Flores is a third generation coffee producer, with a focus on specialty coffee through his entrepreneurial vision. 

This washed coffee was processed via a double fermentation method typical for all microlots from El Morito, where sorted cherries are fermented in airtight tanks before and after pulping for an enhanced sweetness in the cup.

In the cup, this coffee tastes like orange and black grape, with vanilla undertones.
