This coffee was produced by María Rosa Oidor and her family, on their San Antonio farm Los Nogales, located in the mountainous Cauca region of Colombia. Coffee grown at Los Nogales is 100% pink bourbon variety.

María Rosa not only manages her farm, but is also an influential figure within her community in San Antonio, and is recognised as the de facto matriarch and town leader.

This washed coffee was processed at the farm's micro-mill, where fresh cherries were first pulped, and then underwent a 36 hour fermentation before being washed with clean water from nearby rivers and streams. The coffee was then dried on raised beds and concrete patio, under a greenhouse canopy.

In the cup, this coffee tastes like yellow peach and red currant, with a black tea finish.
