Produced by Nesru Aba Nura and her husband, Mensur, on their farm in Jimma, Ethiopia.

Jimma was once known for low-quality naturally processed coffees, but since 2009, Technoserve has worked with local cooperatives to improve quality through washed processing. Recent changes to export laws have allowed producers to market and export their own coffees directly. While washed processing remains uncommon among small to medium farms due to infrastructure demands, several producers have begun adopting it.

In the cup, this coffee tastes like peach and cherry, with vanilla undertones.
