This coffee was grown in the Mundayo village, Nensebo, in Ethiopia’s Oromia Region, by 750 smallholder farmers, and was processed at the quality-focused AASH - Testi Coffee Washing Station. Coffee cultivation in this region benefits from the unique microclimates of its high-altitude terroir.
This lot underwent an improved washed process, a meticulous method designed to enhance the intrinsic qualities of each coffee.
In the cup, this coffee tastes like apricot jam and orange, with a toffee like sweetness.
