This Yellow Caturra microlot was produced by Senaida Chilcon, and her husband Salomon Chilcon. They are members of the Flores family, who have built a lasting legacy with their familial community of coffee producers in the Cajamarca region of Peru over the last few decades, where they continue to expand and improve coffee quality and production.

Senaida is a second generation producer and primarily grows Bourbon, Caturra, and Marshell coffee varieties.

This coffee was produced via the washed method, and involves a double fermentation that heightens sweetness in the cup.

In the cup, this coffee tastes like pomelo and golden raisin, with dark chocolate undertones.
