Founded by Yolan Tirta in 2016, this mill sits in the Gowa Regency of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. A third-generation producer, Yolan has introduced advanced cultivation and processing techniques that have helped revitalise coffee farming across the region.
At 1,250 metres above sea level, volcanic soil and abundant rainfall create ideal growing conditions. Coffee is processed using both washed and natural methods, with greenhouse drying employed to manage the region's humidity. Grown without chemical fertilisers, amid conservation forests home to native wildlife, coffee here coexists harmoniously with nature.
